THE PROCESS

THE AUDIT

As with any journey, setting out goals and intentions is a crucial part of the process. Together, we'll identify the areas in your life you're ready to declutter to make room for the version of you're expanding into.


THE DISCOVERY

a guided journey in person as we delve deeper into your


we unravel your limitations, name them in order to release them symbolically. once we see HER we lay out the path towards her. you will choose one action that is aligned with your future self that brings you closer and closer to alignment

THE REFLECTION

it is natural to feel overwhelmed after a profound revelation so take the time to go through the next 2 weeks with mindfulness and curiosity

THE CREATION

We review the last week, your journal entries and affirmations to see what's changed in your life and mindset


we create and plan how you want to see yourself for your photoshoot and what you'd like to embody. From the outfits you'll wear down to the playlist we'll have blasting

THE EMBODIEMENT

This the photoshoot. We start the shoot with intention setting, we get into our vibe and embody her the entire time. move like HER, speak like HER, be HER

THE ALIGNMENT

This is where you meet her and see her starting right back you, 3 weeks from your Embodiment session.

MY BECOMING

6 years ago I had reached the life, identity and career I've always wanted but a diagnosis changed everything.... it came roaring into my life like a mudslide and left me with the life I built looking like a desolate wasteland.


Grief, regret and pain was my day to day reality and if you asked me where I saw myself in 5 years, I wouldn't be able to tell you because all I saw ahead of me was darkness. The light that always motivated me had been snuffed out. The ideal version of myself that held that torch was no where to be found.
